Guilt Free RAW Mayonnaise
The Guilt Free mayonnaise is rich in RAW, UNCOOKED, essential fats omega 3 and 6 which are so important for hormone balance, brain function, a strong immune system, skin health and the list goes on. Adjust the consistency of the mayo with less or more water according to how you like it and use it with burgers, salads, as a dip, on a jacket potato. The ingredients may look a bit odd to you but you will be amazed at how delicious this is and how easy it is to make.

Guilt Free Sunflower Seed - Mayonnaise

Ingredients:

3/4 cup of sunflower seeds (soaked for 1 hr)

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon soy sauce, half raw clove of garlic

teaspoon of lime juice

1 tablespoon of chives

1 tablespoon olive oil, 1/2 cup of water

Delicious nutritious replacement for mayo or salad cream. Use less water for a thicker consistency for an amazing dip.
