Biting Fit is unique. It has been built around my philosphy, core values, passion and belief that everyone has the right to a happy, joyful, healthy, vibrant and fulfilling life. My purpose is to reach as many people as possible to change their lives and their outlook for the better. In a nutshell I want them to love who they are, to love what they do, and to do what they love. I have a reputation for delivering real and long term transformational change for individuals and groups, and when I am not doing that, I lecture at university, write new books, and train as an amateur athlete and cyclist.
